We offer an e-mail  subscription option which allows users to receive an e-mail every time a blog post is posted. To initiate and process subscriptions, the following information is used: subscriber’s email address and name.

How to Opt Out Of Subscriptions: You may opt out of existing subscriptions by clicking on the subscription tools at the bottom of any subscription or update e-mail. How we protect your data

We do our best to keep your Personal Data safe.  This website is protected with HTTPS encryption and uses safe protocols for communication and transferring data. We also monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks. In the unlikely event of a breech we promise to notify suitable authorities of data breaches. We will also notify you if there is a threat to your rights or interests.

Note: Any data held by third party service providers is dictated by their respective privacy policies. Please contact the provider in question for their specific rights to your data.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments are checked through Askimet, an automated spam detection service before they are posted on the site. For this purpose Akismet will typically collect the commenter’s IP address, user agent, referrer, and Site URL (along with other information directly provided by the commenter such as their name, username, email address, and the comment itself). You can review the Askiment service privacy policy at Automattic here: https://automattic.com/privacy/.
